Preparation Directions:
| 1. | HEAT griddle or skillet to medium-high heat (375°F). Remove pancake fish from ice chest Season well, bread on both sides with favorite fish fry. |
| 2. | SPRAY griddle with no-stick cooking spray. For each pancake, Let pan get hot. Turn when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface |
| 3. | Remove pancake from pan, smother with butter and syrup and/or ketchup. Serve hot. |
